Officials interested in becoming a motor referee must first be certified as an Official. Once you are an official, there are four steps you need to complete to become a motor referee.
- Take a Motorcycle Safety Course
- Driver’s license endorsed for a motorcycle
- Take and pass the Motor Referee C course (offered 1-2 times a year, generally online)
- Submit and receive a clean Motor Vehicle Report (available to initiate from your USA Cycling account Membership page)
Email officials@usacycling.org if you are interested on receiving information on the next available Motor Referee C Course. This is usually an online course offered 1-2 times a year, based on the number of people interested in attending.
