Why is my license number not associated to my results

The most common problems are: 

1. During the registration process for the event you registered under a nickname and not the name that matches your license. Make sure when you sign up for events that you use the same name that is listed on your USA Cycling license. 
2. Our results and rankings program uploads results off of name association, sometimes there are multiple riders with the same name, please double check your results when they appear on USA Cycling's website, if your name does not appear correct, please reach out to the organizer to have your race result edited and updated. 
3. If you raced with a one-day license, please submit a ticket with your new license number and we will add the missing results to your account.
