How does official assignment and pricing work for my event?

For road, mountain, cyclocross, and track competitive events, once your permit is approved your local association will be notified of your event. If you do not already have a USA Cycling sanctioned official for your event, your local association will assign a Chief Referee and other officials depending on the need of the event.
