How to request a Race license category upgrade or downgrade in your Member Portal

Once you've logged into your USA Cycling account, please follow the steps below:

 

1. From the homepage click on View Profile

2. Click on Racing Disciplines & Categories

3. Click on Open Menu next to the category you wish to upgrade.

4. Click on Change Category

5. Click on Select a Category

6. Select the category that you would like to upgrade to. 

If you have enough points noted in your dashboard or in the results and rankings platform your upgrade will automatically be approved, if not it will be pending until a staff member has review your upgrade request. 

7. Click on Change

Once the request has been submitted USA Cycling staff will review and either approve or deny your upgrade request.
