I submitted for a Background Check, how long does it take

Background checks usually take about a week to complete and populate into your account. We have seen some background checks take up to two weeks to complete. If you have a question or concern please reach out to NCSI directly. There are also legislative changes taking place across the country that will be causing delays for the foreseeable future.

Please note that international background checks take longer to complete.
