To make sure you are set up for success on the day of your race below you will find a few best practices when it comes to picking up your number at packet pickup:
- Sign your event waiver before you get to registration. If someone else signed you up, you were emailed at the time of registration the event waiver, check your email, make sure this waiver is signed ahead of time otherwise you will be asked to sign at the registration table, don't be that person, plan ahead accordingly.
- Be prepared to present your race license. There is a couple ways this can be done, you can download the USA Cycling APP to present your proof of licensure or you can print your license from your account. Please note the printed license option is available for domestic and collegiate license holders. We don't have an print on demand option for international licenses.
- Be kind. At most events volunteers will be working the registration table, please be patient as this is probably the only event that they help volunteer at each year.
- Budget time for packet pickup. Please do not show up to packet pickup minutes before your race starts. Ideally it would be good for you to arrive 1 hour before your race starts. Best not to stress yourself out or the event staff.
